Sycamore Lodge Studio opened its doors in 2019. Since then, owner Amanda Vandergriff, MSW, has collaborated with local artists, teachers, yoga instructors, and community partners to offer accessible, inclusive art experiences to the greater Kokomo area. What began as a simple barn on the Vandergriff property has been lovingly transformed by Amanda and her husband, Keith, into a peaceful, creative retreat where friends, families, and learners of all ages can explore new techniques and enjoy time together.
Sycamore Lodge Studio is proud to host artist Tev Clinton, a graduate of the Herron School of Art and Design. Their practice spans a range of disciplines, including printmaking, embossing, digital media, book-binding, welding, woodworking, and many others.
Tev’s approach adds new energy to Sycamore Lodge Studio, enriching the space with both technical expertise and a genuine love for community-centered artmaking. Beginning in June 2026, Tev will lead weekly classes designed to inspire curiosity, build confidence, and invite artists of all ages and abilities to explore new techniques in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
